D13 QUERY LANGUAGE SPECIFICATION (M30) - This deliverable produces a query language, supporting selective data extraction and hierarchical reduction on top of D12, opting for the best-suited level of observation to express micro vs. macro properties.
D42 MAPPING METHODS FOR GENDATA 2020 ONTOLOGIES (M30) - This deliverable describes methods for describing and maintaining the relationships between data in D21 and concepts in the ontology in terms of a set of mappings. Methods support the automatic evolution of mappings after changes to the ontologies.
D62 QUERY PROTECTION METHODS (M30) - This deliverable will report on the methods that will enable parties to access genomic data for different applications while not revealing information about the specific operation to the server holding the data, and on the methods for the storage and management of genomic data at external servers, supporting also information about provenance (i.e., creation, access, and transfer).
D43 ONTOLOGY-BASED QUERY EXTENSIONS (M36) - This deliverable produces methods for answering queries at the ontological level, taking into account trade-offs between expressive power and possibility of reasoning about large extensional levels; methods will exploiting orderings in reasoning as a way for significantly scaling up inference.
D54 ANALYSIS MODULES SELECTION AND IMPLEMENTATION (M36) - This deliverable consists of a large body of data analysis methods, in line with the initial classification described by D51, which will be prototyped and applied to use cases.
D63 POLICIES FOR DATA PROTECTION AND DISSEMINATION (M36) - This deliverable will report on the novel techniques developed in the project for ensuring proper privacy protection of sensitive information when genomic data are shared, processed, or disseminated, and for regulating access to genomic data to ensure they remain visible and accessible only to authorized parties and in authorized ways.
D72 USE CASE DELIVERY (M36) - This deliverable consists of the delivery of three uses cases; in the first one, we involve biology researchers at work in their laboratories for performing specific experiments; in the second one, we involve biologists who are in strong contacts with clinicians and use results of clinical trials which involve large sets of patients; the third use case focuses on how to extract data from large organizations while protecting data security, privacy, provenance and trust.
D74 USE CASE EVALUATION (M36) - This deliverable consist of evaluation of use cases and of how usability and performance of the various models and methods employed by each use case.
D15 FINAL REPORT (M36) - This deliverable presents an overall view of the project's results and prepares its follow-up in the context of the Horizon 2020 Programme.
